If you are a new client you should bring the following documents with you.

• Social security cards for all dependents
• Day care provider information
• Any donations made to non profit organizations
• W2 Forms = From your employers
• 1099 Forms = If you did consulting work
• 1098 Forms = If you own a home
• 1099-INT = Interest income from your banks
• 1099-DIV = If you own stocks or bonds

If you would like to use our fast program you should bring the following, this will allow you to get your taxes completed and sent out the say day.

• A drivers license/or state identification card
• A copy of your last year tax return
• Your date of birth is necessary
• These items will help us process you tax return much faster
